Environmental & Plant Biology Welcomes 10 New Graduate Students

New students this year in Environmental & Plant Biology graduate programs are:

All hope to earn their graduate degrees in plant biology from Ohio University. Six are doctoral, and four are master’s students.

Several of them will conduct research on how the environment is affected by climate change, and some of them have already presented their research at conferences over the summer. Some of the conferences attended were the annual meeting of the Phycological Society of America (PSA) in Florida, Botany: Sky Islands and Desert Seas in Arizona, and Plant Biology: Major Symposia in California
