Since the transition to online learning, many assignments and activities that would usually be done in class were transitioned into an online format.

With that usually comes things like papers with articles being cited, discussion boards or online tests and quizzes.

Personally, for most of my classes, I have had many instances where I have needed a credible academic journal to cite and use for assignments. The database Ohio University provides through the University Libraries web page is very useful.

I google search “Ohio University library” and then open the web page. There is then a search bar with a drop down box next to it. I click “Articles Plus” under the drop down box and then type key words into the search bar, associated with the assignment needs. It will then give you full access to dozens of academic journal and research articles related to your search.

It is very user friendly and provides all the information for citations as well. Use this link to Ohio University’s library web page.
