OPIE welcomes Ohio University faculty, staff, and students to join events this week.

International Conversation Hour

• WTuesday, Oct. 13, 6-7 p.m. in the Bobcat Student Lounge (Baker Center 1st Floor). Engage in an international dialogue! Facilitators: Irina Konstantinova and Olga Holland.

Academic Success Workshop 4: Class Registration

• Wednesday, Oct. 14, 10:00-11:30 a.m. in Gordy Hall 012. OPIE Students will practice accessing their Student Center, choosing courses from the course offerings based on their DARS, and registering for classes. Facilitator: Tetyana Dovbnya.

OPIE Creative Arts Club Meeting

• Wednesday, Oct. 14, 12:45-1:45 p.m. in Gordy Hall 015. The club for students trying their hand at various art forms within a warm, supporting, multicultural team of friends. Get creative and help international students explore the American art.

OPIE Lecture Series

• Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2:00-2:55 p.m. in Ellis Hall 024. Speaker: Brooke Beshah from the Center for International Studies on “Becoming a Global Leader.”
