OPIE Conversation Hour: Valentine’s Day
What? Join the Conversation Hour and discuss how St. Valentine’s Day is celebrated around the world.
When and where? Monday, Feb. 15, 6-7 p.m. in the Bobcat Student Lounge (first floor Baker Center)
Navigating the University Landscape Workshop 2: Ohio University Resources
What? OPIE students admitted to Ohio University for undergraduate degrees at the Advanced and Pre-Academic Level are invited to attend the second workshop where students will explore available resources at Ohio University. Facilitator: Tetyana Dovbnya (dovbnya@ohio.edu) and Mark Sunderman.

OPIE Baking Club Meeting

OPIE Informational Meeting: Earning Your Degree at Ohio University
What? This session is for OPIE students who plan to earn an undergraduate or graduate degree at Ohio University. Specifically, it is for F-1 visa holders currently studying on language-training I-20s in all OPIE levels. Students will learn the steps required to take academic classes and to change the level (I-20). This session is sponsored by the Ohio University Office of International Student and Faculty Services, Undergraduate Admissions, and Graduate College.

Bobcat Unity Walk: Celebrating Unity in Bobcat Diversity
What? Assign a starting point and route for your team’s walk to Baker Center. Represent your team with banners, flags, and clothing. All students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to join the Walk. The first 25o participants to arrive at the Baker Center Ballroom will receive Unity Walk Travel Mugs.
When and where? Thursday, Feb. 18, 4:00-5:30 pm in Baker Center Ballroom
OPIE Graduation Ceremony 2016
What? Join us as we celebrate those who successfully completed OPIE in Spring, Summer, or Fall Semester. Appetizers and beverages will be served afterward.
