If you will be graduating during the same semester that you are taking a transient course, you must have your transcripts sent from your other institution as soon as you complete your course.

Other schools will occasionally allow for a transient or graduating student to complete final exams a little early. Please check with the school you are attending to see if that is a possibility if you plan to graduate that term from Ohio University.

Transcripts need to arrive, and credits need to be posted, in order to meet graduation requirements. If these credits are not posted prior to the registrar’s deadline for conferring degrees, you may have to re-apply to graduate for the following semester. Make sure you request those transcripts to be sent to the undergraduate admissions department to expedite the process.
