The 2018 Rural Women’s Studies Association Triennial Conference takes place May 17-19 at Ohio University.
This year’s theme is “Surviving and Thriving: Gender, Justice, Power, and Place-Making,” and the conference emphasizes the role of gender in rural community formation and survival.
Reminder when you register for the RWSA Conference: Your $100 full conference registration fee covers the Thursday evening reception at the Kennedy Art Museum and dinner at the Dairy Barn Arts Center. Only register for the $20 reception and dinner fee if you are registering for the one-day $35 conference fee for Thursday and/or Friday or are bringing along a Thursday reception and dinner guest who is not otherwise registered for the conference. If you erroneously paid the $20 fee for the Thursday reception and dinner, please contact Katherine Jellison at jellison@ohio.edu.
