Cooking During COVID | Whipped Coffee and Free Time

During this quarantine, I have found myself with more free time on my hands than normal. One thing I have done to pass some time is look up new recipes to try. The most recent one I’ve tried is whipped coffee, and it was very simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 TBS of instant coffee
  • 2 TBS of sugar
  • 2 TBS of hot water
  • 1/2 a glass of milk with ice

Directions:

  1. Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer to mix until it turns light brown and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the whipped coffee on top of the milk, mix and enjoy.
