Chesapeake CESU Research Coordinator Dan Filer will talk about trends in federal funding and how OHIO can use Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) Network to connect with other university, agency and external network partners on a wide range of research activities on Wednesday, Aug. 8, in Baker 239.
Ohio University is a partner with the national CESU, which brings together a wide range of scientists, resource managers, students, and professionals to conduct applied, collaborative, and multidisciplinary projects.
- 9:30-11 a.m.: CESU presentation by Dan Filer
- 11 a.m.-noon: In-depth Q&A for interested faculty and staff
- noon-1 p.m.: Break
- 1-2 p.m.: Individual sign-ups to discuss research with Filer (Limited slots are available; sign up online.)
