Arts & Sciences Welcomes New Faculty This Fall

The College of Arts & Sciences welcomes many new faculty members this fall.

“We’re pleased to welcome an outstanding new cohort of faculty to support the College’s academic programs,” said Dr. Joseph Shields, Interim Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences. “These individuals bring deep disciplinary knowledge and experience that will benefit our students and our community of scholars.”

Lanre Akinyemi is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Department.

Megan Austin is a Lecturer in the Psychology Department.

Matthew Barrile is a Lecturer in the Modern Languages Department.

Bekka Brodie is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Biological Sciences Department.

Yavanna Brownlee is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the English Department.

Tetyana Dovbnya is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Modern Languages Department.

Fred Drogula is the Charles J. Ping Professor of Humanities and Professor of Classics in the Classics & World Religions Department.

Selda Eren-Kanat is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department.

Soomin Jwa is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Linguistics Department.

Stefan Little is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Environmental & Plant Biology Department.

Ahmadreza Malekpour-Alamdari is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Geological Sciences Department.

Kelly Masterson is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the English Department.

Neville McFerrin is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Classics & World Religions Department.

Christine Moon Cho is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Linguistics Department.

Holly Ningard is a Lecturer in the Sociology & Anthropology Department.

Erin O’Brien is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Biological Sciences Department.

Dawn Ruth is a is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Geological Sciences Department.
