Southeast Ohio Teen Science Café Features Wyatt on Plants & Gravity, Feb. 26

The Southeast Ohio Teen Science Café welcomes world-renowned expert on gravitational signaling in plants Dr. Sarah Wyatt on Monday, Feb. 26, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Athens Public Library.

This event is free (with free food and hot cocoa); all teens welcome.

“As a world-renowned expert on gravitational signaling in plants, Dr. Wyatt of Ohio University has worked with NASA and sent experiments to the International Space Station. We welcome Dr. Wyatt to talk about her research and experiences being a female scientist,” says SE Ohio Teen Science Cafe Instagram.

“I’m really excited to be invited,” says Wyatt, Professor of Environmental & Plant Biology at Ohio University. “This is a great opportunity to talk with teens about my research and what we do in the lab.”
