The Economics Seminar series presents Dr. Olga Belskaya on “How does the expansion of higher education change the returns to college quality?” on Feb. 9.

Belskaya is Assistant Professor of Economics at Ohio University. Her co-author is Klara Peter of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

All the seminars are from 3-4 p.m. in Bentley Annex 302, the conference room (except the March 2 lecture, which is in Alden 319).
