The Food Studies Theme Book Club is returning this semester, reading Fresh: A Perishable History by Susanne Freidberg. (Belknap Harvard, 416pp. ISBN 9780674032910)
Those who are interested can indicate their meeting time preference for September in a Doodle poll. So far, the best date and time for the first meeting is Thursday, Sept. 10, at 5 p.m.
