Physics & Astronomy graduate student Thushan Wickramasinghe will defend his Ph.D. dissertation entitled, “Growth Techniques and Optical and Electrical Characterization of Quantum Confined Zero-Dimensional and Two-Dimensional Device Structures,” on Aug. 8 at 1 p.m. in Clippinger Labs, room 259.
