Abstract: The National Academy of Sciences released a report in 2018 [1] entitled ” Sexual Harassment of Women: Climate, Culture, and Consequences in Academic Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine” in which they report that even after recent increases in the percentage of women participating in these fields, the prevalence of sexual harassment and its impacts on women’s careers remains a serious issue at all levels in these fields.  Contrary to what many prefer to believe, the physics community is not exempt from such challenges.  Whether intended or unintended, sexual harassment does occur at the fall APS Division of Nuclear Physics (DNP) meetings. The DNP Allies Program was developed in order to address this problem with the goal of reducing the number of harassment incidences, as well as their impact on the field of nuclear physics and its members [2].  So far the Allies Program has been held at the fall 2017 and 2018 DNP meetings, and some history behind its formation, as well as observations, successes, and suggestions for ways forward will be presented.
