The 2016 Spring Literary Festival welcomes author Kevin Prufer.

The festival is April 6-8. All readings and lectures are free and open to the public. The five visiting writers will be present throughout the festival, lecturing and reading from their work, and books by the authors will be available for purchase after each program, and at Little Professor Book Center. Lit Fest is sponsored by the Creative Writing program in the English Department at Ohio University, in conjunction with Alden Library.

Thursday, April 7

7:30 p.m., Kevin Prufer reading (in Baker Ballroom)

Friday, April 8

11 a.m.: Kevin Prufer lecture (in Alden 4)

About Kevin Prufer

Kevin Prufer is the author of six books of poetry and the editor of numerous anthologies, the most recent of which are Churches (Four Way Books, 2014), In a Beautiful Country (Four Way Books, 2011), National Anthem (Four Way Books, 2008), New European Poets (Graywolf Press, 2008; w/ Wayne Miller), Until Everything is Continuous Again: Essays on the Work of W. S. Merwin (WordFarm Editions, 2012; w/ Jonathan Weinert), and Catherine Breese Davis: on the Life & Work of an American Master(Unsung Masters, 2015; w/Martha Collins & Martin Rock).
