Law School Application Workshops and Free Practice LSAT, Sept. 10

The Center for Law, Justice & Culture hosts two Law School Application Workshops and a free practice LSAT to give students an overview of the law school application process.

Law School Application Workshops

The sessions are identical and include information relating to the particular components of the law school application process as well as deadlines students shoulaw center logold be aware of as they prepare to apply to law school.

  • Session 1: Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 4 – 5:30 p.m., in Bentley 124.
  • Session 2: Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, from 4 – 5:30 p.m. in Bentley 233.

Students interested in applying to law school should attend a workshop.

Free Practice LSAT

Additionally, the center hosts its next LSATurday on Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Bentley 132.

LSATurdays provide students with an opportunity to take a previously administered Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) according to LSAC guidelines. The LSAT is a required component of the law school application process.

One of the best ways to prepare for the LSAT is to take as many practice LSATs as possible under actual test conditions.

Performance on the LSAT, undergraduate GPA, and other factors greatly influence a candidate’s chances of being admitted to a particular law school.

To register for the practice administration, please email Pre-Law Specialist Larry Hayman at hayman@ohio.edu no later than Sept. 24 at 5 p.m.
