Group Sessions Can Help Middle, High School Students Cope with Stress, Anxiety

The Psychology and Social Work Clinic at Ohio University offers group sessions for middle and high school students on coping with Stress & Anxiety from COVID-19. These sessions start in January.

These virtual group sessions help teens learn about dealing with with stress, uncertainty and loneliness related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Separate groups are available for middle and high schoolers.

These services are offered by trained professional at the Psychology and Social Work Clinic.

Affordable rates apply; fee waivers are available.

To participate:

  • Six-week commitment needed.
  • Internet access needed.
  • Parent or caregiver permission needed.
  • Must be enrolled in middle or high school.
