Career Corner | NQPI Science Writing Internship Deadline Feb. 24

NQPI student writing intern

Applications are being accepted through midnight on Feb. 24 for a part-time (five to eight hours per week) position as a student science writer at Ohio University’s Nanoscale and Quantum Phenomena Institute for the 2020-21 academic year.

The intern will serve as a newsletter writer for the biannual NQPI print publication and online news. Students who are in their first, second, or third year of graduate school or who are junior or senior undergraduates pursuing a degree in either journalism or a scientific field (such as physics, chemistry, engineering, or biology) are encouraged to apply. It is a great opportunity to learn skills to better communicate scientific research to the general public.
