Career Corner | Sociology & Criminology Internship Information Session, Sept. 26

Sociology, criminology and pre-law students interested in a spring or summer internship can attend a Sociology & Criminology Internship Information Session on Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 6 p.m. in Bentley 110.

Juniors and seniors with a 3.0 GPA who have successfully completed SOC3500 are eligible to apply.

Internships allow students to:

  • Earn college credit
  • Experience the demands, challenges and rewards of various professions
  • Develop new abilities
  • Improve writing and analytical skills
  • Expand valuable references and contacts

In short, an internship offers the opportunity to learn and grow personally, academically, and professionally.

Students who can’t make it to the session, but would like more information, can contact the coordinator, Roberta Roberson, at robersor@ohio.edu.
