The OHIO Chemistry Contest Day is a one-day program on Saturday, Nov. 3, for high school seniors to compete for renewable and non-renewable scholarships to attend Ohio University.
Scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $6,000, with the first place award a renewable $6,000 scholarship. The competition is based on students’ performance on a chemistry exam. Students of any major are eligible to compete.
In addition to competing for scholarships, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the admissions process, see campus facilities, hear from current OHIO students, meet faculty and staff, and tour campus.
