Career and Internship Fair Pre-Conference Schedule Saturday, September 22nd | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Living Learning Center; Career and Internship Fair, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 10 am to 3 pm in Baker Ballroom

Are you interested in attending the Career and Internship Fair and getting a great job? Are you planning on attending the Career and Internship Fair but aren’t sure where to start? Do you know of a great employer that you’d like to talk to but don’t know how?

The Career and Leadership Development Center is excited to present the Career and Internship Fair Pre-Conference on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Living Learning Center. This one-day conference experience for Ohio University students will feature brand new workshops on topics ranging from researching employers to following up after the Career Fair. Come join us for a day of FREE professional development before the Fall 2018 Career and Internship Fair!

All sessions are included at no cost for registered students. Lunch and a FREE headshot are also included with registration. Only the first 75 students registered will be admitted to the event. Should you register once our cap is reached, you will be put on a waiting list.

The only thing better than the perfect conversation with your dream employer is when that conversation happens in a great outfit. Walk the professional dress runway with us as we discuss what professional dress means and how to make it work with what’s in your (and our!) closet.

The session will focus on Natural Hair as it pertains to professionalism in the work-place. Through this session, we look to empower and inform women of color on styles and tips for rocking natural hair for an interview! This 30-minute session will highlight hair styles and products to use to obtain the look.

It’s lunch time for the interviewees and the boss wants to treat you and continue the conversations from your interview—cue panic! Dine and discover with us while we walk through the art of acing the interview meal. Plus, we’ll provide the pizza.
