Have you considered studying abroad?

The Office of Global Opportunities can help you choose a program that best suits your interest and course needs. Once you choose a program and get approval, you will need courses equated so that you know how they will transfer to Ohio University.

Please make an appointment for this step in your process by calling 740-593-2845. Bring course descriptions, and syllabi if available, to your appointment in the Undergraduate Student Affairs office in Wilson Hall. This way, classes can be equated prior to your trip, and you will know how those credits will be transferred to Ohio University.

More approval may be needed for foreign language courses. Be prepared for the steps through the foreign studies checklist to take some time. Procrastinating may make it difficult to get all of your items approved on time, so be diligent when it comes to the steps. Having everything in order will make your study abroad a fantastic experience!
