Sociology Alum Burkett Featured as an HR Guest Blogger

Holly Burkett

Holly Burkett was recruited as a guest blogger for the HR Certification Institute, beginning January 2017.

Her March post, The Evolution of Performance Management, describes leading performance management approaches, including the use of peer feedback and the value of continually refreshing performance management processes.

Burkett is a trusted business adviser with more than 20 years experience helping global public and private sector organizations improve the impact, and sustainable value, of initiatives focused upon strategic culture change, talent management, workplace learning, and performance improvement.

Her accomplishments as a talent builder and innovator recently earned her the 2017 Global Training & Development Leadership Award from the World HR Development Congress as well as the 2017 Distinguished Human Capital Development Alumni Award from the University of Southern Mississippi.

She is a frequent conference presenter and will be speaking about resilient learning organizations and her award-winning book Learning for the Long Run: 7 Practices for Sustaining a Resilient Learning Organization at the Association for Talent Development Conference in Atlanta in May 2017.
