World Religion, Biology Major Awarded Medical Center Scholarship

The Stein-Firelands Regional Medical Center’s Medical Staff Scholarship program awarded “a $2,000 scholarship to a child or spouse of two Firelands Regional Medical Center, Medical Staff employees. This scholarship program was developed in 2009 and is given on behalf of and in honor of the many contributions the Medical Staff makes in providing healthcare services to the community,” says a medical center news release.

The 2016 award recipients include:

Grace Eberly, daughter of Natalie Eberly, Behavioral Health. Eberly is majoring in World Religion and Biological Sciences at Ohio University with a career goal of becoming a pediatrician.
