We’re already in week 11?!? Where did the time go? How am I going to pass this class?

If you are finding yourself asking these questions I want you to take a deep breath. We still have five weeks left, and if you’re struggling in your courses there are strategies that you can use to pull your grade up, but only if you ACT NOW.

  • Go to office hours. Have an honest conversation with your professor about your grade and performance.
  • Hand in missing work. Your professor might accept it for reduced credit.
  • Stop skipping class! Students who attend class more get better grades.
  • Get organized. There is no time like the present to use that planner or calendar.
  • Create a study schedule and attend tutoring hours. Finals are coming in just a few short weeks.
  • Ask about extra credit. Those points add up!
