UC 2900: Special Topics in University College—The Leader in Y{ }U, offered in Spring 2016, is a great way to get experience in leadership theory and development and receive academic credit while doing it.
University College offers this special topics course, The Leader in Y{ }U. Throughout the semester, students will interact through self, peer and team activities while reflecting on foundational theoretical leadership development models. Through this process, students’ self-efficacy and knowledge of the field of leadership will expand as they become more aware of their personal leadership styles and their ability to put theory to practice through intentional individual and team experiences.
UC 2900 Special Topics in University College – The Leader in Y{ }U meet Wednesdays from 3:05-5:45 p.m. The instructors are Paula Linscott and Erin Morgenstern.
