Four A&S Classified Employees Honored for Service

Four College of Arts & Sciences classified employees were among the 150 Ohio University employees honored at the 44th annual Classified Service Awards on Sept. 25.

Loretta Bartlett and Mark Shields were honored for 25 years of service. And Molly Delaval and Michelle Raines were honored for 20 years of service.

Executive Vice President and Provost Pam Benoit thanked each of the honorees and highlighted the importance of their commitment to the university.

“I want to thank you for the opportunity to join you today in recognition of the hard work and dedication that each of you brings to Ohio University,” Benoit said. “You are the heart of Ohio University. You are the memory, the soul and the hands that do the tasks that keep this organization vital and relevant. You play a critical role in making the time at Ohio University a positive, life-changing experience for the students that we serve.”
