Lee Contributes to Japanese Encyclopedia of the History of Chemistry
Dr. Victoria Lee, Assistant Professor of History, contributed the entry on “Hakkō” (Fermentation) to the recently published Kagakushi jiten (Encyclopedia of the History of Chemistry), edited by Kagakushi gakkai (Japanese Society for the History of Chemistry).
