Mock Trial Information Sessions

The Ohio University Mock Trial Team holds Information Sessions on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m. in Bentley 23 and Thursday, Sept. 7, at 6 p.m. in Bentley 25.

These information sessions will provide students with an idea of what it is like to be a part of the Mock Trial Team as well as what will be expected from participants. The Ohio University Mock Trial Team is a student organization that gives those interested in the legal system a hands-on experience through competition..

Through practices, meetings, lectures, and competitions, members will develop a multitude of skills, including public speaking and teamwork, which will assist them in professional careers.

However, students do not need to be pre-law majors to be on the team. Students with an interest in public speaking or theater are also encouraged to attend these sessions

  • Dates: Wednesday, Sept. 13, and Thursday, Sept. 14
  • Time: 5-10 p.m.
  • Location: Bentley 140 (on Sept. 13) and Bentley 110 (on Sept. 14)
