Jeffrey B. Newman

Newman earned his bachelor’s in Political Science and French from the College of Arts & Sciences at Ohio University, followed by his J.D. at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Euronet’s executive management website says that Newman “joined Euronet as general counsel in January 1997. He is responsible for all of Euronet’s worldwide legal functions. Previously, Jeff practiced law in Paris with the law firm of Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn and then with the Washington, D.C. based law firm Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn. He established the Budapest office of Arent Fox in 1991 and became a partner with Arent Fox in 1993. Mr. Newman is a member of the District of Columbia, California and Paris bars. He received law degrees from Ohio State University and the University of Paris and a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from Ohio University.”
