Political Science Alum Named Partner at Law Firm

Ohio University alum Ben Swain ’04 was elected a partner with the firm Stebelton Snider, reports the Lancaster Eagle-Gazette.

Swain earned a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Arts & Sciences at Ohio University.

LANCASTER – Stebelton Snider LPA recently announced that Ben Swain and Charles Elsea have been elected partners.

Swain is a member of Stebelton Snider’s family law group and focuses his practice on domestic relations, custody issues, adoptions and juvenile law. He graduated from Capital University Law School in 2007 and Ohio University in 2004. He is a past president of the Fairfield County Bar Association and is the president-elect for AHA! A Children’s Museum.

“Prior to joining Stebelton Snider, Ben spent four years as a Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Fairfield County Child Support Enforcement Agency. Currently, his skills are utilized in the firm’s Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Adoption Law areas,” according to his web page.
