This is your chance to join the Zero Waste Team housed at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs. Hurry! The position closes: Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, at 11:59 p.m.
As a Student Zero Waste Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between the Voinovich School, the Office of Sustainability, the Office of Campus Recycling and the Ohio University campus as a whole to bring positive change to Ohio University through waste and recycling programming.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with on-campus departments regarding Zero Waste programming at OHIO such as Green Events
- Contributing to Zero Waste communication efforts
- Developing educational campaigns and outreach strategies for student and campus engagement
- Special projects as available/assigned
Hourly compensation of $10/ hour for 10-15 hours a week. The position is available Spring Semester 2017.
